It consists of an entrance hall of 12m&sup2; with cloakroom and visitor&#8217;s toilet, a living room, dining room and an open kitchen of 70m&sup2; with open fire, integrated storage and bay windows overlooking the garden. To the rear of the kitchen is a laundry room. The flat has many pieces of furniture and decorative elements designed by the designer Christophe Gevers in the 1970s.<br \/>On the night side there are three bedrooms overlooking the garden. The largest of 32m2 with dressing room, bathroom and built-in furniture, the second bedroom of 13m&sup2; with built-in cupboards and bathroom. Finally a guest bedroom of 9m&sup2; and its adjoining bathroom. 3 cellars and 2 parking spaces complete the property. A caretaker is present in the building.
